Since the vacuum interrupter came out, it has been developing towards miniaturization, high reliability and low cost. With the expansion of the application range of vacuum switch, the vacuum interrupter also has a new development direction.
1. Miniaturization
The development of vacuum arc theory and the optimization of internal electric field make the volume of vacuum interrupter smaller;
The application of composite insulation technology greatly reduces the structure size of vacuum interrupter;
The improvement of mechanical characteristics of vacuum circuit breakers, synchronous breaking technology and the application of high-performance contact materials make it possible to use the vacuum interrupter.
The miniaturization of vacuum interrupter has been carried out for many years both at home and abroad, and has achieved some results. Vc2 vacuum circuit breaker newly developed by calor Emag company of Germany has a contact diameter of only 40mm for 12kV and 20KA vacuum interrupters and 80mm for 12kV and 50kA vacuum interrupters.
The volume ratio of the third generation vacuum interrupter newly launched by AEG company in Germany is reduced to 1 / 3 of the original product.
Japanese Toshiba company has successfully developed the Sade technology. The volume of the vacuum interrupter using this technology is only half of the products with coil contact structure.
12. Low cost
The miniaturization of vacuum interrupter ensures the possibility of low cost. In the past 20 years, the volume of domestic vacuum interrupter has been reduced by 50% and the price has been reduced by about 70%. Among them, some manufacturers have made efforts to improve the technology level (such as the common use of primary sealing and discharging technology), improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost, which is also closely related to the reduction of the cost of contact, bellows, ceramic shell and other parts.
